All GGP Roofing Services Ltd slating and tiling work is carried out to a High Professional Standard, with our customers enjoying peace of mind knowing that their roofs will be fitted by fully trained and experienced installers who are entirely familiar with the slates, tiles and associated systems. We regularly install roofs with natural slate, artificial slate, reclaimed slate and random slates as per the approved designs. “Far too often these days, it’s a lottery in selecting the right tradesman, the right company to do the job. Slating a roof is a huge outgoing, so selecting the ‘best’ contractor was not taken lightly, in the hope that at least it goes ‘according to plan’. Our choice to go with GGP ROOFING SERVICES LIMITED and the experience we had with them in replacing and slating our roof went far beyond ‘according to plan’. From the initial consultation, through the weeks of construction and final inspection they were totally professional. Granted we were blessed with dry weather, but Garry and his team arrived early each and every day and worked tirelessly with minimal disruption. There were no corners cut and consideration for both safe and quality working was paramount. My job takes me overseas for long periods of time so I wasn’t around during much of the roofing works, which did give me some concern, but that was allayed within the first few days of the works starting; we experienced zero interruption to our normal day, which was a huge credit to how the works were planned to best accommodate us.
On completion of the works, Garry spent time with me discussing what he had done and to ensure our complete satisfaction before making payment. Even the aftercare service provided by GGP Roofing was excellent. We experienced high-winds a few weeks after the works were completed, and a follow-up inspection was carried out by Garry to ensure our satisfaction was still 100% intact. And it is, to this day, five-years on. GGP Roofing Services Ltd slated the roof of this cottage situated in Birnam, Dunkeld in 2017. Before embarking on this reslate project we had meetings with the owner and their architect to discuss the project and to go through step by step on how we were going to best tackle this roof and give the client all the necessary advice and answers they required. Once a planned schedule was in place we worked alongside both the client and the architect to make sure the project ran smoothly and all requirements deadlines were met.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd slated the whole roof of the Grandtully Hotel in 2018. We stripped the roof and supplied and fitted a new roof with all the lead work, guttering system and a new flat roof installed. We worked closely alongside the client and other tradesman to ensure that this project ran smoothly.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd slated the roof of this house situated in Spittlefield in 2014. Before embarking on this large project we had many meetings with the owners to discuss the conversion of the old tiled roof to an updated new slated roof. We stripped the old tiles from the roof and replaced with new Spanish Heavy Cupa 3 slates.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd retiled the roof of this house in Aberfeldy. Before embarking on this project we had many meetings with the owner to discuss the retiling of the old tiled roof and further roofing requirements. We stripped both elevations of the roof then felted and battoned the roof and then capped the coping stones with lead at the gable end. Once this was completed we retiled the whole roof while updating the old roof dormers and replaced the old dormer roofs with Fatra Single Ply Membrane.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd slated the roof of the newly built Beinn Eagagach Hydro Scheme which was built between Edradynate Estate and Derculich Estate by Aberfeldy in 2015. We worked alongside the client and other tradesman to ensure that this project ran smoothly and was completed for the scheduled complettion date.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd applied a new Single PLy flat roof to this old lead roof in 2013 at Hillhead in Dunkeld. We stripped back courses of slates around the perimeter of the flat roof, took off the old lead, re-boarded the roof with sterling board and then fixed the Single PLy Roofing membrane to the flat roof and slated it back in to finish off the roof.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd put on a new corrugated steel sheeted roof with a green Juniper plastic coated finish at Finegand Farm outsied Blairgowrie in 2013. We worked alongside the client to ensure all requests were met and always kept our client involved every step of the way. We stripped back the old felted roof to the joists in preperation for mechanically fixing the new green Juniper plastic coated corrugated sheeting.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd applied a new lead flat roof to this old zinc flat roof in 2018 in Blairgowrie. We stripped back courses of slates around the perimeter of the flat roof, took off the old zinc, re-boarded the roof with sterling board and then applied a new lead flat roof and slated back in the roof to finish.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd has carried out many roofing works and maintenance for Derculich Estate from 2013 to date. This chimney project involved breaking out the haunchins and removing the chimney cans. A lead DPC tray was made and put ontop of the chimney, the chimney was covered with a render and finished off with a white paint coating.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd has carried out many roofing works and maintenance for Moness Country Club Resort in Aberfeldy from 2013 to date. This chimney project involved roughcasting 4 chimneys by Pinning and wiring all chimneys, Scratch coating, rough casting and finishing all chimneys off with a waterproof masonry paint.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd carried out lead work on the crow steps of this roof in Blairgowrie in 2016. We dressed all lead work on and over the coping stones on the roof to give a complete waterproof finish. We worked succesfully alongside the owners to ensure that this project ran smoothly to produce fantastic lead coping stones.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd renewed the fascias, soffits and gutters to a property in Almond Bank, Perth in 2017. We removed all rotten fascia boards and soffit boards and supplied and fitted new white fascia and soffit boards to all elevations of roof. We also supplied and fitted black UPVC Deepflow guttering system to this roof. We worked succesfully alongside the owners to ensure that this project ran smoothly and all requests were carried out.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd renewed the old box gutter for a business in Blairgowrie in 2019. We stripped out the old box gutter back to the joists and reboarded it, then fixed the Fatra Single Ply Membrane onto the box gutter. We worked closely with our customer ensuring the project ran smoothly and that all requests where met.

We stripped both elevations of the roof then felted and battoned the roof. Once this was completed we reslated the whole roof with Spanish Heavy Cupa 3 slates.
GGP Roofing Services Ltd reslated the whole roof of this cottage in Acharn, Kenmore in 2018. We worked closely alongside the client to ensure that this project ran smoothly. We stripped the roof and reslated the roof using slates laid aside and supplied more slates of the same style to make up the difference. We also supplied and fitted a guttering system to the front and back of the house.

We stripped the roof and reslated the roof with Spanish Heavy Cupa 3 slates and supplied and fitted a new aluminium guttering system to the front and back of the house.

We stripped the roof and took out the 2 old roof windows and replaced these with one new Velux window. Once this was completed we reslated the roof with Heavy Cupa 3 slates and slated in a new flu pipe and an extractor fan pipe then installed a new UPVC guttering system.
